PEIMS Manager
Mission Statement
inSchools mission is to “Help Charter Leaders Succeed.” We provide Business Office Support Services in Finance, HR, Payroll, Federal Grants, and PEIMS, along with various training platforms, with a focus on compliance and exceptional customer service.
Position Summary
PEIMS Managers are responsible for supporting the ongoing PEIMS and data reporting activities for multiple Texas charter schools.
Knowledge, Skills and Abillities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support the collection and submission of all data required for TSDS Data Submissions
Run validations and reviews on client data to ensure compliance
Identify and resolve data errors
Assist with weekly Unique ID and Enrollment Tracking submissions
Provide support for FSP 6-week submissions
Interpret TEA requirements and data standards, evaluate client processes, and provide recommendations
Create and revise training materials
Support campus and district staff in data verification, collection, and reporting tasks
Develop PEIMS and attendance support documents
Create and maintain process documentation for all PEIMS-related support tasks
Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Maintain accurate and auditable records
Perform other duties as assigned
Accountability and Classification
Required:
Minimum 3 years of related experience.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
A team-oriented, can-do attitude with exceptional customer service abilities.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Effective time management and task management skills.
Proficiency in spreadsheet creation and analysis.
Ability to work independently from a home office with access to necessary equipment.
Ability to engage in limited travel within Texas.
Stable high-speed internet access is required.
Preferred:
5+ years related experience.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Industry certifications.
Established relationships in the charter school industry.
Secondary experience- Graduation Plan Requirements, High School Programs (ex: P-Tech) and Master Schedule- creation & maintenance.
This position is full-time, exempt, and fully remote, with a competitive salary range between $58,000 and $65,000. It reports directly to the PEIMS Director and requires a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
