Dan Hernandez
Dan Hernandez, President of inSchools and the biggest Texas Longhorn fan around, is a big picture guy who’s experienced in working with state government, non-profits, schools and restaurant organizations.
As a father of four (and a glutton for punishment), he’s excited to lead an organization that helps support the business and operational success of charter schools, so that passionate charter school leaders can better focus on educating our future leaders – today’s students. Dan has led many organizations where the client is king and is eager to continue that passion and focus with inSchools.
Jackie Hernandez
Jordan Elliott, MSHRM, MSML, leads inSchools operations and service delivery across Human Resources, Payroll, Federal Programs, PEIMS, and Training. She brings a unique blend of executive leadership and hands-on experience, having served as a teacher, principal, superintendent, and CFO.
Since joining inSchools, Jordan has played a key role in growing the organization into a multi-state team of nearly 50 employees. She is known for building strong systems, developing high-performing teams, and partnering closely with school leaders. A proud charter school alumna, she is deeply committed to expanding access to high-quality education.
Jackie Hernandez, Co-Owner and Chief Financial Officer of inSchools, oversees finance operations while helping guide the organization’s overall direction. With 18 years of experience across nonprofit and for-profit sectors, she brings strong expertise in financial planning, operations, and organizational growth.
She has managed organizations with revenues ranging from $1.5 million to $45 million and teams of up to 1,400 employees, gaining valuable insight into human resources, risk management, and operational strategy. Jackie is committed to ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality service through clear communication, support, and accountability.
