Superintendent leadership shouldn’t be done in isolation. The Launch cohort is intentionally designed to create a trusted network of peers who share experiences, perspectives and practical support throughout the program — and beyond.

12 Sessions. A Year of Continued Connection.

After the 12-week course concludes, participants continue with monthly Launch Continuity Sessions for one year, providing ongoing connection, support and accountability.
